Biography
Bishop Dr. Lehman M. Nutall, Ph.D., is a dynamic spiritual leader, educator, and counselor dedicated to equipping the body of Christ and supporting those on the front lines of ministry. He is the Founding Senior Pastor of Thy Word Worship Center International Ministry in Plymouth, Minnesota, where he shepherds a thriving congregation with a vision for kingdom excellence.
Ministry & Leadership
With decades of proven leadership, Bishop Nutall has a rich history of building ministries and uplifting spiritual leaders. Through the Pastors Aid Alliance, he demonstrates his deep heart for shepherds by heading a vital ministry specifically designed to support, sustain, and empower pastors as they navigate the unique challenges of ministry life.
He served faithfully under Bishop Richard D. Howell Jr. for 10 years, playing a pivotal role in helping that ministry grow from 70 members to a booming congregation. Expanding his regional impact, Bishop Nutall serves as the Associate Presiding Bishop over Touching Agreement Ministries, covering the Twin Cities area as well as Wisconsin.
Driven by a passion to raise the next generation of leaders, he founded the Ministerial Academy, a specialized training center designed to equip and activate those called to the Five-Fold Ministry.
Academic Excellence & Theology
Bishop Nutall's profound teaching style is backed by an extensive and rigorous academic foundation. Licensed through the prestigious Aenon Bible College, he was later officially ordained into the ministry by Bishop Richard D. Howell Jr.
He earned both an Associate and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Theology, then continued his theological pursuit at the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, where he earned both his Master's and a Doctorate of Ministry (D.Min.). He also achieved his Ph.D. in Pastoral Care and Clinical Counseling, graduating with the highest honors, Summa Cum Laude.
As the President and Founder of Thy Word School of Theology, Dr. Nutall serves as a professor and lecturer, passionately teaching the Word of God to both current and prospective seminary students.

An anointed speaker and relationship expert, Bishop Nutall has traveled extensively across the United States. He is highly sought after for preaching engagements, marriage conferences, coaching workshops, retreats, and seminary lectures.
Alongside his wife, he co-founded and hosts the popular television talk show, A Breath of Fresh Air, which broadcasts on the Northwestern CCX Comcast cable network, bringing hope, healing, and practical wisdom into countless homes.
Family & Personal Life
Behind every great leader is a strong foundation. Bishop Nutall has been happily married to his lovely wife and partner in ministry, Dr. Margaret Nutall, for 47 beautiful years. Together, they are the proud parents of four adult children and the doting grandparents of 17 beautiful grandchildren.
Above all his accomplishments, Bishop Nutall is a humble servant of God, fully committed to loving people, teaching truth, and refreshing the leaders of the body of Christ.
