Biography
Bishop Robert Stevens was born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in Los Angeles, California. A devoted husband and proud father of three daughters, he affectionately embraces the title of a true girl dad. His passion for family is matched by his lifelong commitment to serving God and advancing His Kingdom.
In 1993, Bishop Stevens graduated from Victory Outreach College and was consecrated into the office of Pastor by the late Cliff Orndorff, a respected ministry leader and father of Laurie Crouch. That same year marked the beginning of a ministry journey that would span decades of leadership, church planting, and Kingdom advancement.
In 1995, Bishop Stevens came under the spiritual covering and authority of Bishop Clarence E. McClendon, where he continued to develop his calling and leadership capacity. His first pastoral assignment was leading Signs, Wonders and Miracles Ministries in Downey, California. From there, God expanded his ministry reach and directed him to Seattle, Washington, where he established a thriving church and was appointed District Bishop over Seattle and Tacoma in 2010 under the Northwest Council of Bishops (NWCB).
Following the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bishop Stevens sensed a divine mandate to shift the direction and focus of his ministry. God impressed upon his heart the vision of establishing Kingdom Embassy, a ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. Shortly thereafter, he relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where Kingdom Embassy was officially established and continues to serve as a center for Kingdom teaching, discipleship, and transformation.
Bishop Stevens is recognized for his distinctive message centered on the Kingdom of God. He has been commissioned to preach beyond the four walls of the traditional church, carrying a transformational message that challenges believers to move beyond religious tradition and embrace a Kingdom lifestyle. Through what he describes as the 3DR Revelation, Three-Dimensional Revelation, he teaches the transition from a purely physical perspective to a spiritual understanding rooted in Kingdom principles, empowering believers to live as Kingdom citizens in every area of life.
In 2024, Bishop Stevens was honored with an Honorary Doctorate Degree presented by Dr. Clyde Rivers in recognition of his years of ministry service, leadership, and Kingdom impact.
Today, Bishop Stevens travels nationally and internationally, preaching, teaching, and equipping believers to understand their identity, authority, and purpose within the Kingdom of God. His mission is to invite people into true Kingdom citizenship through the Gospel of the Kingdom, inspiring transformation that extends from individual lives to families, communities, and nations.
